Terms of Service

Terms should explain the real product scope, not a vague crypto promise.

These terms define what FolioFlux does today, what remains your responsibility, and why wallet-first access does not change the limits of the product.

Summary

The product boundary should be readable in a single scan.

FolioFlux is a wallet-first crypto portfolio product.
The service helps you sign in, import activity, review analytics, and work through tax-report workflows.
FolioFlux does not custody assets or request private keys.
Nothing on the service is financial, tax, or legal advice.

Product scope

FolioFlux is an operating layer for records and analysis, not a custody or execution platform.

Strong terms should make the product category legible. FolioFlux helps organize and interpret portfolio activity without becoming your broker, exchange, or wallet custodian.

Service scope

FolioFlux provides wallet-based sign-in, transaction and portfolio workflows, analytics views, and tax-report tooling tied to the data you import or enter. The service is designed to help organize and interpret portfolio information, not to act as a broker, custodian, exchange, or investment manager.

Data and imports

Imported activity, market data, analytics, and tax outputs depend on the quality of the information available from wallets, blockchain data sources, CSV files, and other third-party providers.

If data looks wrong, incomplete, or delayed, stop and verify it with source records before taking action.

Your responsibilities

Wallet-native access reduces one trust assumption. It does not remove your own obligations.

Use a wallet and account setup you control and secure.

Review imported and manually entered data for accuracy before relying on it.

Use FolioFlux only for lawful purposes and in compliance with local regulations.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

Important disclaimers

Analytics and reporting can be useful without becoming advice or custody.

The service should be clear about where its job ends and yours begins.

No financial advice

Market data, analytics, and reports are informational tools. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

No tax or legal advice

Tax workflows can help organize records, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting qualified professionals when needed.

No custody

FolioFlux does not hold customer funds, private keys, or control over wallets connected for sign-in or import.

Third-party dependencies

Market data, wallet software, blockchain providers, and external services can introduce delays, outages, or inaccuracies outside our control.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available.

FolioFlux works to stay available and useful, but outages, bugs, provider issues, blockchain data problems, or market volatility can still affect the experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioFlux is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by market moves, third-party services, wallet software, inaccurate source data, or user decisions based on service outputs.

We may update these terms as FolioFlux changes. When updates materially affect how the service works or what the product promises, the public trust pages should be updated too.
Questions about these terms, the service, or the product scope can be sent through the public contact channels listed on the Contact and About pages.

Need more context

Read the trust pages first, then start from the workspace you actually want to use.

The public pages should make the product boundaries legible before onboarding.
